Office
Appointments
Our
Downtown office is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30
p.m and on Fridays, 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. In addition to our downtown office, our physicians see patients
in our Grove City and Gahanna offices. Please specify which location
is most convenient for you when scheduling your appointment. Patients
are seen in the office by appointment only. We request that you
contact our office at (614) 461-6634 during regular business hours
to schedule an appointment. It is essential that you bring all
pertinent
medical records to your appointment in order for the physician
to perform a complete assessment. This includes X-rays, MRI films,
and reports, along with any other completed tests.
Every
effort is made to see each patient at his or her scheduled appointment
time; however, due to the nature of our specialty, surgical delays
or emergency patients may require care and cause unforeseen delays.
We request your patience if such a situation should arise at your
appointment time.
Emergency Calls
We request that you reserve our after hours line for medical emergencies
only. If such emergency should arise and you need to speak to the
physician on call, please call our main office number at (614) 461-6634
and you will be given instructions on how to reach our answering
service. The physician on call will return your call as quickly
as possible.
Insurance
Claims and Fees
Payment for services is requested at the time of your visit. Depending
on your insurance, this may mean a copayment or even full payment
of your office charges. Please verify your financial obligations
with your insurer. We accept personal checks, VISA, MasterCard,
and cash. It is important that you bring your insurance card to
your appointment. This will ensure that we have all the necessary
information to correctly file all primary and secondary insurance
claims for you.
Telephone Calls
When you contact our office, you will be greeted by an automated
attendant. You will be given options to assist you in reaching the
most appropriate person to handle your call. Please listen to all
of the options before making your selection, as it will help to
ensure your call is handled most efficiently. In the event that
your call requires a member of our nursing staff and they are unable
to answer your call, you will be transferred to the nursing staff
voice mail. These messages are cleared several times daily and will
be returned promptly. If your call requires immediate assistance,
please follow the instructions of the automated attendant and your
call will be transferred to one of our receptionists who will gladly
assist you.
