Dr. Bartley attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Northwestern University and went on to complete a fellowship in total joint replacements at Peachtree Orthopedic Clinic and Emory University Hospital.

His special interests are arthroscopic surgery, total joint replacement, and arthritis.
